Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay for infrequent users?

Our pricing plans are based on active users , so those users who have an account but do nothing are not counted.

Is there a limit to the number of claims or receipts a user can add?

Nope. A claimant can as many claims as they like.

Will we be charged when our trial is up?

No. We don't ask for your credit card up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details. If not — cancel with a click, no questions asked.

What if we need more than 14 days?

We'll give you time. Just let us know and we'll happily extend your trial.

Can we cancel at any time?

Of course, but we guarantee you won't want to. Once up and running you will see the difference we make to your business.

Which payment methods do you take?
